Notice of the 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2015

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Persatuan Alumni Universiti Malaya (PAUM) will be held at Seminar Room, New PAUM Clubhouse, Lot 10476, Jalan Susur Damansara (Jalan Damansara Lama) 59100 Kuala Lumpur on Sunday, 23rd August 2015 at 2.30pm.

Your attention is drawn to Article 35 (c) of PAUM ‘s Constitution, whereby in accordance with Article 36(c) of PAUM’s Constitution, no resolution shall be proposed by any member eligible to attend and/or vote at any Annual General Meeting unless the terms thereof have been previously notified to the Honorary Secretary in writing not less than seven days before the date of the Meeting, provided always that at such a Meeting any member may address the Meeting on any mater concerning PAUM.
